A public will is only uploaded online if it is confirmed that the testators have passed away. Wills over 100 years old may also be uploaded online.

Presently the Office of the Notary to Government is in the ongoing process of scanning all the contracts and therefore one will not find every contract on the Notarial Acts portal. However, if the contract is not found on the portal, one may submit an online request for that particular contract and within 5 days the contract will be uploaded on the portal.
