Our Commitment

We commit ourselves to provide you with an efficient and courteous service. We will make sure our staff will guide you through the ordering process and where necessary refer you to one of the Notaries in the Office should the need arise. We assure you that you will find our service efficient, that all orders are processed on time and that the office environment is kept clean and welcoming. In cases of an urgent nature we will do our utmost to deal with your request within the day.

Quality Service

We will provide you with volumes of notarial deeds for inspection within ten minutes. Online orders are processed and uploaded within five (5) working days and payment is effected online. Legal copies may be ordered online and may be collected personally within five (5) working days. We will upload public wills online where both testators are deceased.

We appreciate your views on our service. Kindly fill in the feedback form which you may pick up at the reception area. This will help us to improve the standard of service we deliver.

Complaints

If you feel that the service offered was not to your satisfaction, you may immediately take the matter up with a senior officer who will see to the matter with immediate effect, and if necessary will refer the case to the Head of Department.​ Complaints may also be forwarded via e-mail on notarial.archives@gov.mt.
